TOPPING
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon soft butter

MUFFINS
- 1 1⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 cup white sugar
- 3⁄4 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup pure maple syrup
directions
- TOPPING: Mix ingredients together in a small bowl until curmbly, and set aside.
- MUFFINS: In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, rolled oats, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, combine oil, eggs, milk and maple syrup. Add to flour mixture; mix just until moistened.
- Fill greased muffin pans 3/4 full. Sprinkle topping over muffins.
- Bake at 375F for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
