  • combine cabbage, green pepper,red pepper,onion in med bowl.
  • measure remaining ingredients into jar cover with lid and shake to blend well.
  • pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
  • refrigerate to chill.

  1. This tasted perfectly fine as is, but was a little boring for my taste. I don't like to use artificial sweeteners, so I used stevia instead and used much less than the recipe called for. Maybe that was the problem. I ended up adding a bit of sesame oil, a handful of chopped cilantro and a few sprinkles of cumin, and that helped make it a little more edible.
     
  2. Excellent with the use of a sugar substitute. The blend of flavors from the onion, vinegar and celery seed give a great combination. Prepared as a participant of the Jan 2009 Lite and Low Event in the Cooking Photos Forum.
