“i love this in the mornings after i work out...sometimes i have it in the evening too lol! The nutrition stats for this didn't come out right because they want to use a different kind of yogurt...so i calculated this for myself and came up with 100 calories yogurt, 35 calories for 1 tbsp of dried cherries and 25 calories for tbsp of grape-nuts cereal...for a total of 160 calories...for fat grams yogurt has 0. dried cherries has 0 and the grape-nuts has 0.14...so the total fat grams is 0.14! A great snack or breakfast or dessert lol!”

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 6 ounces nonfat cherry yogurt (i use yoplait light, fat free very cherry yogurt, or any flavor you like)
  • 1 tablespoon dried cherries (or any kind you like)
  • 1 tablespoon Post Grape-Nuts cereal

Directions

  1. put yogurt in a small bowl -- add your dried fruit and sprinkle the top with grapenut cereal -- stir together and enjoy!
