Low-Calorie Banana Bread

"i found this recipe on this website, and i wanted to know how it would turn out...i haven't tried it yet, but this recipe looks too good to be true. it says on the website that if you'd like, you can double the bananas and cut the sugar in half."

  1. First off i doubled the ingrediants as i wanted to make a bigger loaf and it came out very sticky and not like dough at all, but none the less i poured it in to a bread tin and it came out perfect! i just changed the vanilla to cinnamin which i prefer! i also glazed some banana slices with melted sugar and put them on top! tast delicious and healthy! id advise anyone to give this a go, when you've mixed all the ingrediants in a mixing bowl don't be put off by how sticky it is, it still comes out fine! thanks for this recipe! will make again :)

  2. This was my first try at a recipe made with Splenda. Loved it! Super easy, had all ingredients, and tasted great! Followed advice of previous reviewer and doubled the recipe. Baked 30 minutes. Perfect!
