ingredients
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 cup flax seed meal
- 2⁄3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon badia seasoning
- 1 cup water
directions
- heat oven to 375.
- mix all ingredients together.
- use two cookie sheets and layer with parchment paper.
- with large fork spead as thin as possible.
- bake 15 to 18 minutes watch carefully do not burn.
- remove from oven let cool.
- try to break in large pieces.
