  1. Heat oven to 350. In a bowl combine orange juice, apricots,raisins,egg,egg white, butter and vanilla. In another bowl combine flour,sugar,baking powder,baking soda and nutmeg. Add liquids and stir just till combined. spoon batter into tins, 3/4 full. Bake 20-25 minutes till golden brown.
