  1. What can I say? Thank you so much for posting this recipe. I am a diabetic who is always looking for dessert ideas. I love banana cream pie and this is a great substitute. Even my husband, who is a dessert freak loved it. This is so easy to throw together and fills you up.

  2. I made this today, and mmm, mmm, mmm! My son & husband are BIG banana pudding fans and this is a terrific low fat substitute. Thanks for the recipe!

  3. This is a delightful, relatively healthy dessert. I used a bag of 100 Calorie Cinnamon Graham Crackers packs, crushed it up, and used that for the graham pieces. I also used Jell-o sugar-free vanilla pudding. I refrigerated it for a few hours before eating it, and really, really enjoyed it. Thank you for such a simple dessert idea!

  4. I just finished making this. It's really tasty and fast. Don't feel as guilty about eating this dessert as with banana cream pie. I was thinking that maybe it would make a nice parfait with alternating layers of blueberries or strawberries topped off with the fat free cool whip. Thanks for this quick dessert.

  5. My husband loves this and now makes it all the time for a snack.
