  1. This was fabulous!!!!!! I decided to chill part of it, and heat part of it. I enjoyed this as an evening snack :-) I tried a bit of it chilled and heated and it is marvelous both ways. I think if I had to choose, however.. i would prefer it hot over cold. It was wonderful with tortilla chips, and is also excellent with Corn chips like fritos!! :-) thanks for the recipe!!!! will definitely use this as finger food during my next get-together! :-)

  2. I thought this was just ok. It doesn't taste bad. I just don't think it's exceptional.

  3. This was a really yummy, spicy dip that went very well with raw veggie sticks. I luved the addition of cumin and the heat from the jalapeno. Next time I will add a little more beans or reduce the amount of yogurt used as I like my dips to be rather thick. THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this wonderful keeper with us, Kimke!

  4. Very tasty! I doubled the diced pickled jalapenos and left out the salt; also used low-fat sour cream since I was serving on salted Tortilla chips. Made for the Low-fat/Lite event in cooking photos.

  5. Five stars PLUS - fantastic flavors. I added a bit more garlic and jalapenos and left out the salt. Dh really loved this one. Thanks for the keeper !

I live in Omaha NE and am an audiologist at Boys Town National Research Hospital. I love to cook, as does my husband Michael. In the summer, we have a large garden and try to use alot of fresh fruits/veggies in our cooking. We have a 5 year old daughter, Kate and almost 2 year old son Sam and enjoy introducing them to new foods. One of their favorites is fresh pesto smeared on crackers!
