"A great muffin recipe without all the fat and sugar, makes for a healthy breakfast. I make a batch of these at the beginning of the week, wrap individually and freeze them, then I have breakfast all week."

  • Mix together dry ingredients in large bowl.
  • Mix together wet ingredients in another bowl.
  • Add wet to dry ingredients, stir until just combined.
  • Gently stir in blueberries.
