Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 cups all-bran cereal (the thread kind as opposed to flakes)
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 (20 ounce) box low-fat brownie mix (approximate size)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350*. Soak the cereal with water until it breaks down (approximately 10-15 minutes).
  2. Add baking powder and brownie mix. Stir well.
  3. Pour into 24 muffin tins that you have coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake @ 350* for 20-25 minutes.
