  • In a small pot over low heat, stir dark chocolate and unsalted butter until melted and let it cool.
  • Puree 1/2 cup of pitted prune by adding 3 tbsps of water.
  • Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and sea salt together.
  • Beat egg, egg white, sugar and vanilla on low speed until the mixture is thick and creamy.
  • Stir in melted chocolate and prune puree.
  • Stir in dry ingredients and chopped cashews.
  • Pour the mixture in a 20 cm baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 150ºC for 15-20 minutes.
  • Let it cool and serve.
