  • Drain and rinse all the beans.
  • In a medium soup pot, brown the beef, drain, and set aside.
  • Add olive oil to pan; sweat garlic and onion. Return beef to pot.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
  • Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 20-30 minutes.
