  • preheat oven to 400.
  • grease mini muffin tins.
  • beat the egg whites which should be equivelent to one egg
  • stir in the milk and the yogurt, which should be plain fat free yogurt, and is substitution for vegtable oil and apple sauce can also be used instead of the yogurt.
  • stir in the rest of ingredients
  • cook for about 15 minutes
  • these can also be made in regular muffin tins.
  • but they're so good when they're mini.

  1. The first time I made these I followed the directions exactly. I thought they could be a little sweeter. The muffins were done in 9 minutes. Granola Girl suggested adding applesauce so I made them again. This time I did a half recipe and only used 1 teaspoon of baking powder. I added 1/4 cup applesauce. The muffins were done in 11 minutes. They were moist and very good.
