ingredients
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3⁄4 cup skim milk
- 1⁄4 cup egg white
- 1 (19 ounce) can cream-style corn
directions
- Pre heat oven to 375.
- Spray muffin tins with PAM.
- Mix all ingreadients together.
- Fill 12 muffin tins (they will be quite full).
- Bake for 25 minutes.
