1. Absolutely great recipe! I agree with the other commenters: you definitely wouldn’t know this is made from condensed soup. This no/low fat substitute is full flavored and you won’t miss the extra oils.

 2. I made using a homeade condensed tomato soup recipe here http://premeditatedleftovers.com/recipes-cooking-tips/substitute-for-condensed-tomato-soup Oh I didn't grate onions I just processed them with the other ingredients. This dressing is fantastic! Thanks. (:)

 4. I really like this alot!!! I was surprised that without the oil it would be tasteless...I was wrong!!! My DD has a sensitivity to oil so I just had to try it. I now keep a double batch of it in clean water bottles, lol!

I live in the Kansas City area and have many hobbies including cooking, reading and spending time with my husband and two children who are very active in sports now. I also have an eBay business which is a fun hobby that makes a little extra money! My interest in cooking focuses on making healthy dishes that are more satisfying than the higher fat and higher sugar versions. If I had a month off with no responsibilities, I would spend it at a luxury spa.
