- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup maple syrup
- 1⁄4 cup apple juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stir.
- Bake on a cookie sheet with silicone liner for 18 to 24 minutes in a 350-°F oven, stirring every 6 minutes.
