“Low in fat because you use a mixture of ground turkey, lean ground beef, rice krispies and egg substitute. A dear friend gave me this recipe and it is delicious. You could of coarse use real egg.”

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, then place in a loaf pan.
  3. Spread ketchup over top.
  4. Bake for 60-75 minutes (or until internal temperature is 160°F) in a standard oven or 55 minutes in a convection oven.
