  1. Exactly like Taco Bell's! Used canned chillies and juice instead. The second time around we didn't have any regular mayo left and substituted Miracle Whip, definitely not as good.

  2. This sauce is top notch. Everyone wanted to know where I bought it. Very quick and good! Make it a little ahead and flavors have time to blend.

  3. I have made this several times as a spread on my quesadillas. Make with fat free sour cream instead of mayo. Double all of the ingredients exception jalapenos/jalapeno juice.

  4. great sauce!!!I dont have to go to taco bell any more...jst hard to get juice out of a jalapeno

  5. Yummy!!! I added fresh cliantro chopped up and a couple good shakes of Chipolte Tabasco. and thinned it with some fat free half anf half. Served it with a mojo marinated and grilled pork roast with roasted mexcian spiced taters and green beans. Definately will be making again.

Tweaks

  1. I made quesadillas and needed sauce. My 4th son said, "Mom this is just like Taco Bells!" I substituted a few packs of taco bells hot sauce for the paprika, pepper, and a little of the juice!! This is definitely going in my recipe book.
