ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 bananas
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup palm sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
directions
- mash bananas
- beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- mix wet ingredients and add the dry ones.
- pour into greased loaf/cake pan at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
- cool and slice.
