Low Sodium Mini-Meatballs and Sauce for Kids

“My son's going through a meatball phase, but I don't like all the salt and corn syrup in the canned kind. This sauce is no-salt-added, and has a touch of cane sugar to help the taste. I boil the meatballs in salt-free homemade chicken stock, but you can use plain water, too. Tasty for adults, too! Just edit spices as needed, too. I put minimum amounts for small children.”
