I like to cook but am only good at a small range of dishes. I am always interested in healthy, simple meals that hopefully the whole family would enjoy. I work all day and have a long commute, so there never seems to be enough time to experiment. I have two active teenagers and a busy husband as well. Whenever everyone pitches in and the meal is a team effort, things turn out great.
