  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • In a large bowl mix oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl beat eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix all together.
  • Spread into a greased 9x13 inch pan or baking dish.
  • Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until firm to touch.
  • *You can add a cup of raisins or dried cranberries if you like.
