  1. Cream butter and sugars. Add applesauce and eggs until blended. Mix final ingredients. Mix in chips. Using cookie scoop, drop onto silpat lined cookie sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for two minutes before tranfering to cooling rack.
