Lower Fat Lasagne

"I tweaked my usual lasagne recipe to try and get a little lower fat content. I think this turned out pretty good. My family couldn't tell the difference."

  • Brown beef, add onion, garlic and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until onion is done. Add soup, wine, and vinegar. Simmer 30 minutes. Stir now and then.
  • Cook noodles according to the package.
  • In a 9x13 baking dish, put a small amount of sauce in the bottom. Arrange 3 alternate layers of noodles, ricotta cheese, meat sauce, and noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  • Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
