Lower Fat Raisin Bran Muffins

"I had too much left over raisin bran cereal in my cupboard, trying to go stale. I had to do something, but most bran muffin recipes are way too high in fat for my tastes. This is one I've cobbled together to suit my own tastes. Great warm, with just a tiny bit of honey!"

  3. These are great - My husband is losing weight and can’t eat his usual sleeve of Oreos- these hit the spot. Tweaks: I used regular rather than whole wheat flour I used half applesauce & half grated carrots (because I ran out of applesauce) AND used truvia brown sugar I always keep them around because they’re the perfect little something (nice with butter or cream cheese if you’re not counting calories)
