  • Brush the pork with soya sauce on all sides.
  • Let marinate for 1 hour.
  • Slice the pork paper thin and arrange either flat or rolled on a platter.
  • Mix the broth and the ginger in the fondue pot and bring to a boil.
  • Serve with rice and sauces for dipping.
  • Plum sauce, pineapple sauce, curry sauce (if you like spicy).
