- 6 center-cut pork chops
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
directions
- Heat oil in skillet on medium to medium high heat.
- Season chops with salt and pepper both sides. (you may need more salt/pepper depends on your preference.).
- cook pork chops 6-8 minutes and then flip.
- cover skillet and fry until cooked thoroughly about 5 minutes. Place on serving dish.
- Place foil tent over chops to rest 10 minutes.
