  • Put vinegar, wine, garlic in food processor. Process until garlic is chopped.
  • Add parsley, oregano, and crushed red pepper. Process until parsley is in big chucks.
  • Add olive oil and process until you like the consistency.
  • Can be refrigerated, but remember to serve at room temperature.
