  1. Put vinegar, wine, garlic in food processor. Process until garlic is chopped.
  2. Add parsley, oregano, and crushed red pepper. Process until parsley is in big chucks.
  3. Add olive oil and process until you like the consistency.
  4. Can be refrigerated, but remember to serve at room temperature.
