- 1⁄8 cup white vinegar
- 1⁄8 cup wine (any will work, I used chardonnay)
- 1⁄2 head garlic
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (use more if fresh)
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil (or more to taste)
directions
- Put vinegar, wine, garlic in food processor. Process until garlic is chopped.
- Add parsley, oregano, and crushed red pepper. Process until parsley is in big chucks.
- Add olive oil and process until you like the consistency.
- Can be refrigerated, but remember to serve at room temperature.
