Directions

  1. Peel pears and run through a food chopper using the medium blade.
  2. Add to sugar and salt.
  3. Add crushed pineapple and juice and bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the fruit fresh and cook on medium.
  5. Boil for 20 minutes.
  6. Makes 8 pints.
