“I love this recipe because it's not too "bready" as some breakfast casseroles are. A co-worker made this for a function and I fell in love with it and asked her for her recipe. I've used this for a base recipe and added some sauted veggies and changed cheeses on occasion but I've always kept the same basic ingredients.”
