ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup crushed ice
- 60 ml Pimms, no 1 cup
- 1 slice orange
- 1 slice lemon
- 1 slice cucumber
- 150 ml lemonade
- 150 ml ginger ale
- 1 maraschino cherry
- mint sprig
directions
- Fill tall glass with ice.
- Cover with Pimms.
- Add orange, lemon and cucumber.
- Pour in lemonade and ginger ale.
- Stir lightly.
- Adorn with cherry and mint.

This made a very colorful and tasty drink. Made for Aus/Nz Tag. -
This would be a great drink on a warm summers day. Be sure you have nice tall glasses and plenty of ice. We probably didn't have enough crushed ice to suit us, but that was our fault. It is also hard to find the proper "British style" lemonade here, so I think if I could find that this would be even better! Definitely go for mint and maraschino cherry--this drink demands it!
