Directions

  1. Crush garlic and chop onion.
  2. In 8 x 8 X 2 dish, squeeze juice out of all lemons, add the cut up rind of 1. Add all other ingredients and stir.
  3. This will marinade chicken, steak, or pork. Meat must marinade at least 4 hours. The longer you marinade the better this will taste. Great for grilling.
