Ingredients Nutrition

  • 13 cup unsalted macadamia nuts, whole and halves
  • 34 cup mini marshmallows (white or pink)
  • 12 cup red glazed cherries, chopped
  • 14 cup desiccated coconut (optional)
  • 2 cups chocolate (milk chocolate, white or a combo of both melted separately for a swirled effect)

Directions

  1. Toss together the macadamias, marshmallows, cherries and coconut then scatter over the bottom of a parchment lined 9 x 13 cookie sheet.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a double saucepan or in a microwave and pour evenly over the top, smoothing the top with the back of a spoon.
  3. Refrigerate until set, then cut into pieces with a hot sharp knife.
  4. Store in a sealed container in a cool place or the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
