  • Spray inside of cooker with nonfat cooking spray. Then, in cooker, combine lightly cooked macaroni, evaporated milk, milk, eggs, 3 cups cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Top with remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheeses.
  • Cover. Cook on low 3 hours.
