Directions

  1. Cook macaroni, rinse and drain.
  2. Melt butter in heavy bottomed 2 quart sauce pan.
  3. Add flour,S& P, whisk in and cook until bubbly.
  4. Slowly whisk in milk.
  5. Cook until it starts to thicken.
  6. Add cheeses and mustard and cook until thick.
  7. Pour sauce over macaroni,stir, heat and serve.
  8. Freeze any leftovers.
  9. When thawed, reheat adding extra liquid (water or milk) until it is the consistancy you like.
