Macaroni and Cucumber Salad
"My aunt has made this a couple times for some parties and i just love it. I finally have the recipe so i thought i would share it. Hope all enjoy it as much as we do!"

ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package spiral shaped pasta (cooked and drained)
- 2⁄3 cup oil (coat mac with oil)
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 cups vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Accent seasoning
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced very thin
- 1 yellow onion, cut in half, and sliced thin on the diagonal
directions
- Blend the following: then let it set for a few minutes
- 2 tablespoons mustard.
- 2 tablespoons vinegar.
- Then add the following:.
- 2 cups vinegar.
- 1 1/2 cups sugar.
- 1 teaspoons salt.
- 1 teaspoons accent.
- 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt.
- 1 tablespoons parsley flakes.
- Slice one onion and 1 cucumber (peeled) and add to the above mixture. Mix good to cover macaroni. Refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight to marinate.

I live in Michigan as you can see. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 17 years, and together for 20. I have one daughter who is 22 years old, has a fiance, and cute little puppy. She just made me a very proud grandma this September 16th for the first time, and will be getting married next August 2nd.

I love to snowmobile, camp, canoe, skate, read, spend time with family, cook and entertain. Of course like every one else here I spend a lot of time on Zaar. I love this place.
