Directions

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet with onion and green pepper; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
  3. In a large bowl or pot, combine drained beef mixture and drained noodles. Stir in crushed tomatoes, creamed corn, half and half, 1 cup of the cheese, and spices. Mix well.
  4. Pour into lightly greased/sprayed 13 " x 9" inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
