- 1 (16 ounce) box macaroni
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
directions
- Boil pasta until done but firm.
- Drain any excess warter.
- Drop in butter.
- Add evaporated milk.
- Bring to a boil.
- Turn heat downn to medium
- Simmer 7-9 minutes - stirring every couple minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand coverd 5 minutes.
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
