“This is another quick and easy recipe handed down to me by my mother. I usually have the ingredients in my cupboard and can easily throw this together for a quick family meal by adding just a salad. If you want to add a little zip, use pepper jack cheese in place of the cheddar.”

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni as directed on package, until tender
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Brown ground beef and drain fat.
  4. add cooked macaroni, onion soup mix and tomato soup.
  5. Simmer until cooked through adding cheese to melt just before serving
  6. Or place in casserole, top with cheese and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
