  1. Blanche the cauliflower and broccoli together for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Strain cauliflower and broccoli, then place into a bowl of iced water to preserve colour and crispness. Strain out again.
  3. Place chopped bell pepper, tomatoes, mozza, and blanched veggies into a serving bowl, sprinkle with the basil and toss lightly with a spoon until the basil is mixed in evenly.
  4. Pour vinaigrette (Recipe #307595) over everything, stir to coat and place, covered, in fridge until ready to serve.
