Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Mix the vegetable oil and brown sugar until well blended.
  3. Mix in the eggs and vanilla.
  4. Add the dry ingredients and mix.
  5. Add the melted chocolate chips and mix until everything is combined.
  6. Leave semi sweet chocolate and heavy cream for ganache.
  7. Pour batter into a 9 by 7 inch pan.
  8. Bake for 20-30 minutes in the middle rack of the oven.
  9. While the brownies are in the oven scald the heavy cream in a pot over the stove.
  10. Once the heavy cream is scalding pour over the chocolate in a heat proof bowl.
  11. Mix the cream and chocolate until they are in a liquid consistency and put in the refrigerator.
  12. Once the brownies are cooled spread the ganache over the brownies and enjoy!
