  1. So very tasty and easy! My kids and my husband loved it, which is always a good sign. Thanks!

  2. This is a handy one to throw together for a quick meal. My kids love it. I just got a Magic Bullet, and this is the first thing I tried. I don't use a microwave, so instead I just boiled the pasta, drained it and then added the sauce into the pan. I will try the silk creamer next time as suggested by Chef Joey, great tip. I use a regular block of parmigiano cheese, so I guess it was about a 2 inch chunk I threw in. Try it, it's about a 2 minute task!

  3. Don't get my wrong, I love my magic bullet, but I don't think this recipe is made for the magic bullet! I followed directions to a T (maybe I put it in the microwave for too long... or not enough?), but the sauce came out chunky. Nothing like the commercial where it comes out all smooth. I mean, it tasted good... but who wants chunky alfredo sauce?

  4. Delicious! And so easy to make. I got a Magic Bullet from my daughter for Christmas and I'm having such fun with it. Because I'm on the South Beach Diet and watching my cholesterol intake, I used Silk Creamer instead of the double cream. It was so tasty. I used a tiny bit of goats butter and Romano cheese instead of Parmesan. I cut back on that too. It still tasted great. I have MB cookbook too and I can't wait to try more recipes. Thanks for posting this, I can include it in my Magic Bullet Cookbook.
