Magic Cookie Bars

- 1⁄2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 1⁄2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1⁄2 cups flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (325F for a glass dish). In a 13x9-inch baking pan, melt butter in oven.
- Sprinkle crumbs over butter; pour Eagle Brand evenly over crumbs. Layer evenly with remaining ingredients; press down firmly.
- Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Chill, if desired. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
- 7-LAYER MAGIC COOKIE BARS: substitute 1 cup butterscotch chips for 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. (peanut butter flavored chips or white chips can be substituted for butterscotch flavored chips).

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
