Magic French Fudge
"This is the easiest chocolate fudge recipe and it's even easier to eat:) Made this for my French class in high school when we had to bring in a french dish and everyone already had crepes and chicken francese lol!"

ingredients
- 18 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 1⁄2 cup chopped nuts
directions
- In a double-boiler melt chocolate.
- Remove from heat and add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, salt, and nuts. Stir until smooth.
- Turn into wax paper lined 8 inch square pan and chill in fridge.
- Store in cool place in an airtight container.

I LOVE this fudge, I've never had any luck making this and in the high humidity here in Trinidad was really worried. But it was so easy and by just following the directions exactly I had no trouble and it set up great. A rich, dark, chocality fudge that I used pecans for the nuts. This is going on my Holiday tray and I'm so proud that it turned out so well. Even DH who doesn't care for sweets loved this one. -
This fudge was great. I used peanut butter chip instead of chocolate chips. My daughter said it was the best fudge ever. This is my new favorite fudge recipe. -
Oh my I forgot to rate this I died and went to heaven. It is so easy and sooooo good. -
Delish! My granddaughter and I made this fudge today -- it was so easy. I didn't have any semi-sweet chocolate so we used dark sweet chocolate instead. I have a great picture of my granddaughter licking the chocolate from the spatula -- she will be caffeined up this afternoon for sure. She loved this fudge! Will definitely make this again! Made for ZWT-8-France. -
This is a bit of chocolate heaven! Oh my it could not be any simpler to make and the flavors are perfect. I put some sliced almonds on half the pan after pouring and the other half left plain - that way all my family is satisfied. Found and made for ZWT8 and definitely using this method for the holiday fudge!

I'm originally from New Jersey, but moved to Ohio for 2 years, and now moved back to the fabulous Garden State!.I love jersey better, but Columbus was nice too.So now I'm a Jersey/Midwest Maven but I like the name so I'm keeping it lol :).
