"I have been making meatloaf for years and I follow my granmother's recipe. She taught me how to make this recipe with meat and without meat since she was making it during the depression and during WWII when there was no meat to be had. I am giving you the recipe that uses meat."

I am an avid cook. I love to cook for people. I host several large parties during the summer; including, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, A couple of Birthday's that require a BBQ and the Big Labor Day party. We have a large smoker so that is the main event of these parties. We also host a big Christmas Eve dinner, and all the Birthday's in the family throughout the year. I'm also an avid reader of cookbooks. I began cooking at the age of ten and have continued to cook for family, friends and others. I worked in several kitchens, and became a personal cook at one time.
