Directions

  1. Place meat into the mixing bowl of your mixer, Add everything except the ketchup.
  2. Mix well on low speed until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Form a tight ball and place meat into a large loaf pan, or 2 quart baking dish, pressing meat into pan very firmly.
  4. Coat the top of the meat with ketchup.
  5. Chill at least one hour before baking.
  6. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minute or til thermometer reads well done.
  7. Remove from oven and from the pan.
  8. Place loaf on a cutting board, lightly cover with foil and let stand 15 minute.
  9. Cut into slices and serve.
