Mainstreet Wing Sauce

"DH and I had a restaurant for awhile and we're always told we had the best wings around. We came up with this recipe which is not just hot but packed with flavor. We keep the left over sauce in the pantry so the butter doesn't solidify. Just shake and pour over your cooked wings. When we are not in the mood to cook wings we will order them without sauce and use our sauce on them."

  1. This is a great wing sauce. The Italian seasoning and basil really give it a boost. I won't be buying bottled sauce ever again. Thanks so much for sharing this true keeper. Made for PAC 2013.

Although I am Italian, I love to cook many different foods. My husband and I had a very successful restaurant in our small historic town and we would do many different specialty night. I had a chef, but most of the menu items were things I have grown up eating or have made throughout my life time. I love entertaining and feeding people. I have two young grandchildren who I enjoy. Cooking runs in the family. From the time I was born I remember going to my "nonna's" for Sunday Italian meals. Homemade everthing. She and my mother and aunt would spend hours preparing the food.
