Mama Mia Cubes

"These are best when served cold. Cooking time is chilling time. You can remove the toothpicks or replace them with pretzel sticks when serving them to children."

  1. This is genius! Making a dozen or so different appetizers for a pool party tomorrow, so I was looking for quick and easy and this was perfect. So simple, tasty and healthy. I used deli thin sliced ham and used two strips of ham per cantaloupe cube. I also used the pre-cubed cantaloupe. They were a little chunky so I did cut them in half. Made them tonight and can't stop eating them. I hope there's some left for tomorrow. Glad I tripled the recipe!
