  • Brown Beef with Onion in frying pan.
  • Drain off fat.
  • Add Chili Powder, mix well.
  • Mix Salsa and Tomato Sauce well in small pot, heat thoroughly.
  • Assemble Enchiladas with 1 heaping tablespoon Refried Beans and 2 tablespoons of meat mixture. Roll each Enchilada and place in baking pan with seam side down.
  • After all are filled spread salsa mix on top.
  • Top with Cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot.
