  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Using a mixer, mix together first three ingredients and press into a 9x13 inch pan then bake for 20 minutes.
  • Mix remaining ingredients and pour over hot crust, then bake for 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar and chill.

  4. Love these! I don't like how some lemon bars can be super gooey and almost like pie filling...these are nice and firm, with just the right hint of stickiness. great flavor! Next time I might put some zest in the crust. thanks so much!
     
  5. Love these bars. So super easy. Made them for years. I Put a little lemon zest in the crust and also in the batter. Just for a little kick and it make it pretty. I also have made limes bars and done orange too.
