Ingredients: 3 slices stale bread; 3/4 lb ground beef; 1/2 lb ground pork; 1/2 lb ground veal; Lipton Onion Soup Mix; 1 medium onion, chopped; 4 garlic cloves, chopped; 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped; 1 raw egg; 1 teaspoon salt and pepper; 2 tablespoons dried parsley; 1 teaspoon dried thyme; 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional); 1 cup ketchup, divided

ingredients

3 slices stale bread
³⁄₄ lb ground beef
¹⁄₂ lb ground pork
¹⁄₂ lb ground veal
Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 medium onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 raw egg
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
1 cup ketchup, divided

directions

Soak bread in milk, drain and crumble.
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients but only 1/2 cup ketchup.
Shape into meatloaf, place in a 9x13-inch pan, spread the rest of the ketchup on top, dome with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Serving Suggestions: Cook about 1 pound of new potatoes with meatloaf, mashed potatoes, meatloaf sandwiches, corn on the cob, corn bread, mac n' cheese.
